The Basics...

My approach is simple: Have fun and create memorable images you will cherish for a lifetime.

As an artistic photographer, I believe that portrait sessions should be fun and not forced. I want to capture you being you, true emotion, dramatic expressions, and lasting memories.

Locations...

The world, and the beautiful urban and rural environments it offers, is my studio. I enjoy capturing real life in real life. Not forcing poses in a studio with a few umbrellas, flashes, and a plethora of unrealistic backdrops. I enjoy capturing you, your family, children, or significant other along with the surrounding environment. I feel this makes for a more inviting image that really captures the mood of the location and the subjects.

Sessions...

Sessions are very relaxed and casual, lasting anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour at the location of your choice. I want you to be extremely pleased with your session and the images that are captured during that time, therefore, I want you to be in control of your location so you will be most comfortable.

Please take into consideration that an outdoor session may have to be rescheduled due to bad weather. If the need to reschedule should arise, we will schedule another shoot for the soonest date available.

Proofs...

Within a week after your session, your proofs will be uploaded to a password protected section of this Web site for you to view and order prints. This gallery of images will be accessible for two weeks from the time it is uploaded. You may share the username and password to your online gallery with whomever you wish to share your digital proofs.

Standard Pricing...

Standard Session Fee:   $65.00 (includes 1 location and up to 4 subjects)
Additional Subject Fee:   $10.00 per person
Additional Location Fee:   $25.00 for locations not within close proximity of the original
Location Travel Fee:   $25.00 for locations 25 miles or more from Texarkana, Texas or Arkansas

These rates do not apply to Ceaseless Memories sessions. Please see the Ceaseless Memories section below for additional photo sessions that are available and their current rates.

Ceaseless Memories...

Senior Portraits: The High School Senior session is for 1 person and lasts anywhere from an hour and a half to 2 hours. This session allows for unlimited clothing changes and up to 3 locations within the Texarkana, Texas and Arkansas area. Additional fees will apply for locations outside of this area and/or subjects.

We are currently running a special on Senior Portraits for a limited time. The current offer for Senior Portraits is $85. The session fee only covers the photographer's time, post-processing in the "digital darkroom", and an 8"x10" Storyboard. No additional prints or print credits are included in this package.

The 8"x10" Storyboard will contain 3 or 6 poses of your choice, depending on the Storyboard layout you choose.

Printing...

Fruitful Studios offers a number of A La Carte printing options as well as Print Collections. Our current price list for printing and other offerings can be found here.

For your convenience, print orders may be placed online or by a traditional paper order form. After you have placed your order, an invoice will be emailed to you for your review and payment.

Your print products should arrive within 2-3 weeks after your order and payment have been received. Specialty items may take additional time. You will be contacted when your prints are available and a date and time will be scheduled for delivery or shipment if desired.

Payment Information...

Once you book your session, 100% of the session fee is due within 5 days to reserve your date and time and is not refundable. The session fee may be transferred two times if your session must be rescheduled (does not include rescheduling due to bad weather). The fee is for the photographer's time and artistic post-processing in the "digital darkroom" and does not include any prints or a print credit.

Payment for prints is due in full at the time of ordering. Click here for our current price list for prints.

All sales are final. Payment may be made by Visa or Mastercard via PayPal, cash, check, or money order. There will be a $50 service charge for returned checks and all orders will be canceled if they are not paid in full within 3 days of notification of the returned check.

Session Welcome...

After you have booked your session, you will receive a link with information on what to expect during your session, clothing choices, copyright details, and more. You will also receive a contract which must be signed and returned within 5 days of booking.

Image Archival...

All images from your session will be archived for 1 year from the date of your session. During this 1 year period, you may request your gallery to be uploaded for reordering. A fee of $45 will be charged to recreate your online gallery and print prices will be based on the current price list at that time.

Copyright Information...

Fruitful Studios reserves the right to use the digital negatives and/or reproductions of your session for display, publication, marketing, competition, or other purposes. Digital negatives, post-processed images, and originals remain the property of Fruitful Studios.

Fine Print...

All sales are subject to an 8.25% sales tax.

Prices listed on this Web site or on a Fruitful Studios paper order form do not include shipping and handling if applicable.

All Prices listed on this Web site are effective February 1st, 2008 and are subject to change without notice. If a price change does occur, you will still be able to order prints at the prices listed during the time of your booking up to 30 days from your session date. After this 30 day period, your print prices will be subject to the current price list.
